DemoName started in 2019 in a small Seongsu-dong studio with one question: why does a good routine need forty products? We formulate a tight range — five lines, one product per job — with concentrations we print on the label and ingredient lists you can actually read.
Everything is made in Korea in small batches, tested on people (never animals), and shipped from our own studio so you get the same freshness a customer in Seoul does. We answer in English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish and French.

Yes — every product is formulated and manufactured in Korea by our own team and shipped directly from our studio in Seoul.

Standard EMS takes 4–14 business days depending on your zone; DHL Express 1–6 days. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves Seoul.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened skincare can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but message us — we'll always find a solution.
Never. 92% of our range is also vegan; the exceptions use beeswax and are marked on the product page.
